Cicada Logistics provides hands-on third-party terminal operations with an owner's mindset. Unlike large outsourced logistics providers, Cicada combines terminal operating experience with direct asset ownership — giving asset owners a partner that understands both daily execution and long-term asset value.
We own and operate the 200-acre New Town Terminal on the CPKC mainline in the Bakken, and serve as the third-party operator for two rail logistics parks in Texas. Owning our own terminal keeps us honest: we understand what asset owners care about because we are one.
Our team brings decades of experience in natural resource logistics, having founded, built, and operated ventures across the energy and industrial sectors. We don't just manage facilities — we run them.
